I would love to know who else is filing charges against family dollar stores in the same exact cases in other states, my wife is a victim
of the same and on top of that we believe she is being blackballed by an area manager that still works for the company

I gave a 2 week notice at former employer but when I went to get my last paycheck on june 5th I was told I couldn't recieve it until I sighned paper work they couldn't find is this legal?

I'd like to know more about this, and see what other class actions are being put together, as I have dealt for 5 years in two different rooms, of which 10% of MY money was taken every day. If anyone has any information on who I should contact, that would be great.

Staples needs to settle this and not appeal. If they didn't pay fairly,they should fess up and fix this for future employees. There is too much competition in retail stores right now, and this bad publicity could be their downfall.
